I listen without judgment and honour each client’s experiences, strengths and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices because everyone is different. Your life may be affected by any combination of your beliefs, needs, emotions, and relationships. Therefore, my practice includes elements of narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and family systems theory with generous doses of compassion.
Being "better" can connote a comparison, so let's clear something up: That's not what we are about. Comparing ourselves to others or some different/unattainable version of ourselves is a path to unhappiness. Bridge to Better is about better relationships and better perspectives.
